Whether it’s a gift for someone else, or just a Christmas treat for you, we know it’s really important that you get your perfect fireplace in time for Christmas.

At Fireplace World we work really hard with our couriers to ensure that your items are delivered on time, and hassle free.
Due to the size and weight of our products, some can take longer to deliver than others. Our smaller, lighter items are all sent via our Next Working Day couriers: DPD Local and TNT; while the majority of our larger, heavier items are split between Arrow XL, Panther Logistics and our own F.U.D service.

So what are your final order dates?

Well, it all depends on what you order! If product is a smaller product such as an inset electric fire, gas fire or a self-assembly suite then the final order date is: Wednesday, 20th December, 2017.
If product is a larger wooden product such as a mantelpiece or a fully assembled wood suite or surround then the final order date is: 18th December, 2017.
Or finally if the product is a marble, granite or a limestone suite or surround then the final order date is: 11th December, 2017.

1 – This product list is for illustration only. The delivery type required for each product is clearly displayed on the individual product page. Please check delivery type before placing your order to avoid disappointment, and contact us if you require further clarification.
2 – This collection date is for mainland UK only. Last collection date for outlying areas as highlighted in our Delivery Information will be the 11th December.
3 – Pre-Christmas delivery is subject to acceptance of the first delivery appointment offered by the courier, and the contact telephone numbers supplied with the order being correct with the customer being contactable on them. We accept no responsibility for delivering before Christmas if the delivery slot offered is refused by the customer, or if the courier is unable to contact the customer on the phone number supplied with the order.
4 – Delivery is subject to availability of drivers within your area and subject to acceptance of the first delivery date offered by the planner coordinator. The contact telephone numbers supplied with the order must be correct with the customer being contactable on them. We accept no responsibility for none delivery before Christmas if the delivery slot offered is refused by the customer, or if the planner is unable to contact the customer via the details provided.
5 – Pre-Christmas delivery is subject to the item being in stock. Our stock levels are clearly displayed on each individual product page, please check before placing an order and contact us for further information.

What if I miss the pre-Christmas delivery cut off point?
Don’t worry, our couriers will be delivering between the 27th December and 29th December and our full, regular service will resume from 2nd January.
